Hi guys, doing my first lager, it's in a secondary since Saturday @2 degrees.
Can i put in dry hops in the secondary at that temperature ? or is it too late?
No fire some in, leave it a week or so then rack, it will be fine , your only soak extracting when dry hopping , you could make a hop tea and fire that in , its not to late
