i dreamed my first brew was ready for bottling. its been in five days so far. i will leave it for at least 8 days before testing it as my brew is in a slightly chilly underthestairs.

I dreamt about work for 2 hours last night though, you should have seen the gaffa's face when I put an overtime claim in for those hours! :shock:

after a horrable loss of 5 gallons (half of what ive got on the go) :cry: of elderberry wine i was forced to get up in the middle of the night to check on the rest after a bad dream! sad i know...


by the way, does anyone know how on earth green algae got to growon the inside of the demi-jhons? :shock:
