I've been 'tinkering' for about 18 months with extract, took the plunge and went full mash about 3 months ago, why oh why did I not do it sooner.

Brewing is the nuts and i'm glad that there are so many likeminded people out there, and not all sporting beards and jumpers either ;)

Had my 1st real disaster on the 13th brew, left the tap open on the collection vessel, managed to save about 10 liters, gutted, it better be awsome.

With AG you must get into the habit of checking that taps are closed and the "hop filter" is fitted!
