I've got 3 on at the moment. 2 small experimental batches and one stock bitter for the keg (See my sig). Another Kölsch to brew on Sunday too. I love experimenting with different styles but would kill my liver if I brewed all 23 litre batches.

Yes - check the signature....trying to give the new ones time to mature.

I only started two weeks ago ...

Got one conditioning and two more in the FV's at the moment. Two more to go straight in once these two are out also.

/me might get a little ****** ...... :lol::whistle::grin:

I guess it depends on how you qualify "on the go" I have 5 different brews available to drink, with the 5th one recently bottled and now being only just ready, and one new brew started this afternoon. :thumb:Plus about a dozen or more different wines and several ciders, I don't drink alcohol sometimes coz I cannot decide what to choose :doh:

I've got a Cascade single hop ale and an Old Peculier clone both a week or so in the bottle.
I'll be starting an experimental 10 litre MO/Munich Bock style brew before they're ready to drink.

I like to use my Mondays either brewing or bottling so there's always something fermenting around here with 2 going at once often enough.

Bottled and ready to consume I have a few habanero strong ales, jalapeño blonde, a beer I've been trying to get the kinks out of (black but tasting like an amber) that I call a deceptive dark ale, apricot wheat, and a biscuit amber. Conditioning I have a rye blonde. Fermenting I have a beer that I used carared and Special B in looking for a plum-like flavor (diluted old ale), and an overly hoppy Cascade pale ale.

I will be taking another stab at something very much like Old Speckled Hen in another week, two small test batches of jalapeño ale to see what I get using just jalapeños in the boil vs an extract, as well as a very small batch of gluten-free beer given to me as a gift.

3 at the mo ... would have done a half hearted tomorrow but had emergency hernia op yesterday

....are you OK Mike?
on a lighter note..
you could have asked for the excess MESH

Other than very fed up, I'm ok...no mesh as there is some risk of infection as bowel had to be repaired

Only been back to work a few months following a big accident in 2014.... really not amused :doh:
