You'd need to buy it and a licence from the patent holder as it's a proprietry strain.
I stopped buying USA hops a couple of years ago. Way too expensive just for a slightly different flavour. I'll stick to UK hops. Even better the ones I grow myself.
CML do both British and us Cascade but I've found the British to be a bit **** in comparison
