I’m trying to find a UK source of Coopers pale ale yeast, either the 7g or 15g sachets if my one knows of such please. Coopers suits my brewing style especially with its great flocculating powers.

Bet there's one or two forumites with several packs stashed away who might be able to let you have them.

Also you can make started with dried yeast. I do it all the time. For my 10L brews I use 1g for a 600ml starter. So I'd suggest 2g in 1200ml for a full brew length.

Also if you make a starter from from slurry you can do an 'overbuild' by making the starter bigger than you need and saving a portion to make the next starter with. Rinse and repeat

If you harvest the slurry from a brew into a jar and put it in the fridge. You can then just put a couple of dessert spoonfuls into a starter. Do this until the jar is nearly used up and then just harvest the slurry from this 'end of the jar' brew to put in another jar. Therefore starting all over again

Basically if you have one pack of yeast you can make it last forever

I've not had anyone say they have some excess packs of Coopers yeast so it looks like I'll be harvesting from my Bootmakers. Hopefully it won't lose its flocculating powers overa few generations. My aim is to try it in a Wherry as I find the Muntons yeast can be difficult to settle without chilling.

You may not be aware but Coopers kit yeast is not the same for every kit.
Attached table with notes is something I put together a while back when I regularly brewed Coopers kits, based on stuff from the Coopers Aussie homebrew site with input to that site from Coopers themselves. Hopefully its still valid.
Each 7g packet of yeast carries a code, which should tally with attached, preceded by the 'Julian date' when it was packaged e.g 03120 or 31Jan2020.
That aside, of the Coopers kits I did the yeast was usually reliable but I did not find them very flocculant at all. If you want a flocculant yeast go for a Nottingham or GV12 or even a Wilko yeast (rumoured to be the same).
But if you particularly want Coopers yeast I think their Pale Ale is bottle conditioned so you could culture some up from that and give it a go.
