Been bottled for 3 months now.
Smell â Yes, smells like lager.
Colour and Clarity - Very pale not like lager, slightly bronzed water colour. Crystal clear.
Taste - Has that typical home brew flavour which is sharp, dry, thin and has a distinctive unpleasant dry, tang flavour that I just canât describe in detail. The only way I can describe the after taste is that it drops neutral.
In a nut shell - Terrible, but would suffice an alcoholic on a budget. If you want quality, get to the supermarket and buy beer that has been brewed in a proper brewery that has been established since the turn of time and brewed using high tech sophisticated equipment coupled with centuryâs of honing and tweaking to achieve perfection.
One man, a pan and few plastic buckets cannot produce high quality beers such as commercial breweries. That said, it's a hobby and people enjoy it.
