Hello fellow brewers! I've been away from brewing & the forum for a few months.. just back and brewing. I have 2 on the go (mixed yesterday). the first is Coopers European Lager, the 2nd is Coopers English Bitter... the bloke in my local homebrew shop persuaded me to also buy the Coopers liquid malt instead of sugar or spraymalt.. he said it is alot better for the final quality of the beers, so bought the light & amber malts for the appropriate kits.. just wanna know firstly how good each kit is? and secondly how good the Coopers liquid malts are, and if they make a big difference to the finshed beer? I would really appreciate any feedback form the forum  happy days are here again!!!!!!!!!!!

Well guess no one has used them then! 1st time ever on the forum that I have never had a response from any of you brewers out there!! would still appreciate any comments :thumb:

Coopers English Bitter was one of my favourites when I brewed kits and the Euro Lager was voted best by the lager drinker, 2 cracking choices there. 1 thing about the lager though, it comes with a true lager yeast and should be fermented at around 15degrees and also takes 12 weeks to fully mature.
Never used the Coopers malts so can't comment on those.
