Colour laser Printers

I'm looking to buy a Laser printer and the HP CP1215 is looking favourite at the moment. Does anyone know what the minimum printing area is . . . Ideally I need to print to 4.5mm from left and right edges and 13.1mm from top and bottom . . . . The HP Live Chat assistant is being particularly dense about maximum print area

You could use the custom paper size option to force it to print on A4 but at the specifyed distances from the edges, Also you could set the document in word to print at your required distances from the edges. Maybe that helps.

I've tried both those options on the LJ in ICT at Westgate and the bloody thing still leaves about an 8mm left margin no matter what paper sizes you put in on the printer drive or word :evil:

Funny thing is I do recall a PDF document that actually specified the minimum margins for this and the Samsung 315 . . . can I bloomin well find it :twisted: :nono:

Its the way the printer driver has been set up thats causing you the problem their !
