I am coming to the end of fermentation on my DIPA, its currently in my brewing fridge. I use a fast ferment conical and im planning on cold crashing.
Because my brewing fridge has only just been set uo ive never cold crashed before so I have a few questions

Because my brewing fridge has only just been set uo ive never cold crashed before so I have a few questions
- In the fermenter at the moment I have 3 hops bags in which where added Sunday 7/10 and then 10/10. Do I need to take the hops bags out before cold crashing or leave them in ?
- What temp do I cold crash at? ( I have an inkbird attached to fridge)
- How long do I cold crash for ?
