Hello all, i need some advice on cold crashing for the first time in an all rounder, it is at 10psi do i shut the spunding valve completly or leave as is and more to the point will it hurt the all rounder, all advice appreciated

If it's the same as a keg, I'd just set the gas in pressure to 10psi.
Your beer is carbonated, no point in decarbonating it.

Suck back is the risk with the all rounder so you need to add positive pressure to compensate for the contraction of the air inside the fermenter. I find 10psi is sufficient. Your sounding valve is of no use to you now so you can just remove that.

I do not pressure ferment but I believe it will start to collapse in on itself slightly once cold crash as it can not suck in air (like a airlock) so it would need some positive pressure to stop it and keep it in shape me thinks
