Due to insanity and having a load of Goldings hops I've made an all late hopped English IPA. 200g of Goldings all added in the last 20 minutes of the boil, plus another 45g dry hopped, in a 20l batch.
It's turned out as a reasonably good tasting beer but refuses to clear. It's had gelatine, been cold crashed for a week, some commercial fining stuff I happened to have and even been filtered but it is still fairly cloudy.
Anyone got any clever ideas how to make it look a bit less like soup and a bit more like beer?

All my beer cool for @2c for a week and generally look pretty smart before kegging. If dry hopped I filter using a water filter. No problems yet! Even US05 / WLP001 is bright as a bell!

I wouldn't worry about it Rich, Mines got one and has been cold conditioning since the beginning of Jan, its getting better each week but taking its time, get it as cold as you can and it will drop out, but not entirely.

Commercial Fining's etc strip hop flavour out a tad I find so don't use em in hoppy beers, I didn't even use copper finings.

Good IPA's do tend to have a bit of hop haze in though I find, & it is mentioned in the style guides as a trait.
Appearance: Color ranges from golden amber to light copper, but most are pale to medium amber with an orange-ish tint. Should be clear, although unfiltered dry-hopped versions may be a bit hazy. Good head stand with off-white color should persist.
