Evening all, I am just about to make my first ever berw from a Coopers beer kit and I have two questions:
1/ What is the difference between Steralization and Sanitation?
2/ I have bought a bottle of Milton steralizer but it doesn't mention the fact that it cleans as well. If this is the case, what do I clean the equipment with?
Thanks in advance.
Wish me luck :?

wilton works as a steraliser however make sure you wash it out really well
you can also use cheap supermarket thin bleach
for cleaning try oxy cleaners you can get quite reasonable

Technically a sterilizer kills everything on contact/soaking, but for everyday use ie, not in a lab/'clean' environment, you can only really call it sanitizing, as you have no control over your environment :geek: :thumb:

Drape some wet towels over the FV they will cool it down
