Anybody have any ideas for this year?
A Red Ale is high up on the list of beers I've not brewed properly yet, that would make a nice beer for the winter, as well as my ginger beer beer that was quite successful last year. Also keep thinking about a beer I had in a Beer52 box called Forest IPA that had pine, fir and spruce and thinking that would make a fantastic Christmas beer but I wouldn't know where to begin
