This is a bit of a variation on an IPA I made last year. I've adjusted the recipe to suite what I have in the cupboard.

Size 11 Litres.
OG: 1.053
FG: 1.013
ABV: 5.1%
IBU: 52.3

2.3kg MO
150g Crystal 120
Chinook (14.6)
15g @60mins
5g @10mins

I'm also going to do my first ever dry hop with this one (which I'll be posting in the discussion thread for some advice on). I'm also unsure whether or not to do the MyQul Micro Boil. I did that last time but if I'm dry hopping I don't know if it's worth it. Any thought?
Cheers.

The recipe looks good. 52 IBU will be pretty hoppy with Chinook. I would be inclined to go for less hops for 60 mins and up the late addition, but it depends what flavour you are going for.

Can't help you on the Microboil!

I do like my IPAs with a good thump of hops so I think it'll be alright for me, but admittedly it won't be for everyone. (Which means I get to drink more of it myself :drink: )

I decided not to go for the microboil as I don't think it'll be necessary as I'm going to do a dry hop.

I used less strike water that I should have to I've ended up with 10 litres in the FV instead of 11 and as a result the SG is 3 points higher than I was aiming for but I can live with that.

This is my second brew with Chinook but the other isn't ready for drinking yet so I'm looking forward to see how this turns out.
