hi guys, maybe an obvious one here, but ill ask anyway. was wondering if there are any advantages to the beer if straight after bottling you stick it straight in the cold ? i have brewed a biab lager using salflager 23. the celler at work is a constant 10 degrees, will the beer still carbonate at this tempreture just taking longer perhaps and will storing it straight away have any effect on flavour do you reckon ? cheers guys
