Hi!
I have a stout fermenting and was thinking/planning on bottling by using the floating dip tube and carbonation to get into the bottles in as closed a fashion as possible (I can't quite afford kegs yet!).

Question: do I need to still allow the brew to condition or if I add CO2 to the fermzilla and bottle direct and seal straight away, will it be carbonated and conditioned within 48h??

Cheers

I can only talk for myself. I ferment under pressure in a corny keg for around a week (until done) then cold crash (under pressure in original corny) then move to a serving corny and burst carb. I usually drink it the same day it goes in the corny. They usually improve with time, but I like my beer unconditioned.
