I'd be interested to here how it turn out. I was going to try a black sheepish ale with the following recipe. Is the wheeler recipe similar?Yes, it's from the old Graham Wheeler book. But of course he doesn't quote a yeast. I don't kid myself it's going to taste much like Black Sheep, hence I don't like to use the term 'clone', but if turns out 'of that type', and tastes good, I'll be more than happy.
