Just did a brew (Amarillo SMASH) because we have a hosepipe ban starting on Friday. Cooled O.K. to about 21 degrees but checked a little while later and the temperature strip on outside of the fermenter was reading 25/26 degrees. The picture shows my rudimentary attempt at cooling which I read elsewhere can work. Two chances I guess!

Lallemend Kveik Yeast is happy at higher temperatures, just be aware though that fermentation is exothermic so if you set your fermentation chamber high 30's its going to go off like a rocket, producing heat and can easily overshoot the target range.
