Hi there, I've just got a few brewferm kits at a discount and am thinking of mixing a couple of them for fun.
I have a Gallia, Oranje Bock, Ambiorix and an Oud Vlaams Bruin.
Any suggestions or experience on what would be a good blend would be much appreciated.

Would you use both yeasts, add the amounts of sugar recommended for both kits?

Thanks.

They're all quite different, I'd just buy some golden syrup and make them up individually. Drinking Oud Vlaams Bruin at the mo, and Oranje Bock is in the FV, both made up with syrup (use 10% more than sugar weight).

Yeah, I might still do that.
I am drinking an Oranje Bock just now, quite pleased with it. Got two bottles left of an Oud Vlaams Bruin that I made earlier in the year, the can was out of date in Oct 2015!
These kits are short dated and I'm limited with brewing vessels, space etc. so thought sticking two together might solve some of my issues.
