Brewferm Kriek

Hello!

I've got myself a Brewferm Kriek kit whilst shopping at my local homebrew shop. Has anyone ever made a Kriek and got any advice on how to brew it? The kit has very basic instructions and I plan to treat it like a normal brew. Any specific advice would be appreciated :thumb:

I am only using basic brewing yeast for it and not any special kriek-friendly yeasts (I am short on cash since xmas is coming!)

I did a brewferm framboos a couple of years ago 12lt kit, I assume the instructions are pretty much the same as the Kriek kit. I'd just go with that. You're using the yeast that came with the can? Worked fine for me.

I'm currently brewing a Brewferm 12L Framboss one can kit. Followed the instructions supplied and everything appears to be progressing nicely.
