Great day, nice meeting you both. Great pics, but I'm not the one digging the grain out that was Brewstew.

(Shhh. I'm still in the garage, they made me post that. This Bog Frog's not going to last much longer. I'll hide in the corner and wait until Harvest Gold is ready)

Great company, great banter, great brewday - cheers guys :thumb:

I'm knackered now

I should say that there would have been no chance of me being able to host a brewday without the support of Mrs Wez my long suffering brewing widow. She took care of the kids for the day, fed us, and get this.....even tried some of Brews Rauchbier  and liked it

She'll never read this but I feel better for saying it.

Cheers Mrs Wez

Looks like you had a good day. Liked seeing faces from behind the Avatars. :thumb:

It's been sat at 1.015 for a few days now so I'll be bottling tonight, going to try batch priming.

Changed the name of the beer to SWB - (Smod/Wez/Brewstew)

Bottled! Ended up with x30 bottles, lost load to floating cauliflower

1st try at batch priming tonight, so will be interesting to see how it turns out
