Have a look at youtube - there are some good vids showing you how its done. Its actually pretty straight forward and logical when you get you head around it. The inside of my box doesn't look quite as neat as the one in the piccies posted above, but from the outside you'd never know, and it works a treat.

This is sending from Inkbird. For temperature control, we recommend few inkbird models for you. All are 10A, 240V.

ITC-306T,which is a heating(no cooling) thermostat.

ITC-308, which is a heating and cooling plug in thermostat.

Now, we have ITC-308S,it's update version of ITC-308, the functions are the same. On this one,there're DC cord, you can change sensor yourself. Now,there're 30" long sensor and a standard 2 versions.

The long sensor can be used on inkbird models: ITC-308,ITC-308S,ITC-310T,ITC-306T,ITC-2000,ITC-1000.

ITC-310T, this is a thermostat(heating and cooling) and timer 2in1, you can set 6 periods of time and temperature. I think this is better to use in mashing.
