Oooh, I don't normally do labels but this morning found this design left for me! Wooohooo!

... made as an MSWord table, I get 24 printed onto an A4 sheet ...

Mine are similar to that except no brew number, the name of the beer is something very simple that includes the style and I only print enough for one for each crate and each mini keg.
 
I don’t usually bother with labels, I just stick a letter on the bottle cap. I did come up with these un-PC beauts for my mate’s stag do just over a year ago. The first one is taken from an out of context quote from a drunken night out, and the bottom is absolutely nothing to do with him being a policeman and the origins of the term ACAB, honest!
