Hi folks.
I've got a can of Cooper's IPA ready to go and 100g or so of cascade pellets lying around. Is it possible to boil some of the wort with some of these pellets to get some increased bitterness and hoppy flavour, or am I barking up the wrong tree here by suggesting this method? Basically I mean as an alternative to simply dry hopping. Any advice is gratefully received.
