No it is a white pudding the same butcher who makes the black pudding makes them, tried it once not as good as black pudding though I do like white wurst in a roll with loads of English mustard, that was my Saturday breakfast in my bachelor days. The top dog of black puddingI buy Clonakilty, slice and freeze it. 5 minutes from frozen in the air fryer and it’s perfect. Mrs70 thankfully decided at a very early stage in our relationship that my Black Pudding predilection wasn’t a dealbreaker.
