It was 19.50 when I ordered in July, guess they put it back up to reduce it again. Amazon tactics
That would be my goto malt and the price never changes as it always has 10% off all year round.

My latest order including delivery from which THBF discount applied has been removed.

Sorry can't see one though that's similar price to the Homebrew company.

Yeah, I foolishly assumed that the forum discount wouldn't apply to sale prices. That may or may not be right in practice. However, I quite liked the idea of the wortometer which HBC weren't offering, so the extra discount would have covered buying one of those. So I've perhaps lost out to the tune of a free all grain kit but I can live with that.

I don't want to see any replies to this post saying I've got my maths wrong and lost out massively!

It may have been worthwhile ringing or emailing THBC just to see....

Very much doubt you'd get forum discount on sale items.

Beer hawk are now doing up to 50% off all their northern brewer items. Not nearly as good as last year and lots of items are out of stock. Pretty poor in my opinion.

I believe hbc email says all other discounts don't apply. Annoyingly it doesn't say how long the sale is for. I need to know how long have I got to convince swmbo

I had problems with Beer Hawk on last years Black Friday. Bought quite a few bargains and had confirmation of the sales, the items hadn’t turned up after a week or so and when I contacted them, they said they were out of stock. Had to wait until the new year for my purchases to arrive.

I got a really nice 30l pot half price though, just had to wait for it.....

Grainfather is now available at several sites for £600! Santa is certainly going to be visiting me this year! Just a case of which free gift to choose - everywhere has different ones ranging from mash kits to wortometers. American or not, I'm enjoying this Black Friday business.

Also, if anyone wants an additional 20% off BeerHawk, which can stack with the black Friday discount and also works on other stuff (except the grainfather or grainfather branded stuff), then PM me. I just picked up an Anvil SS brew bucket for £88 quid delivered instead of £124. My first shiny fv!

I was going to get one too, but measured my fridge and it is an exact fit for all dimentions, unfortunately that means no room for blow off tube. asad.

Beergium is having a 3 day BFS. Some beers have up to 70% off (not many though). I got myself 12 different ones (mostly Omnipollo) for £35. Postage to the UK is about £8, if you choose the pick-up option from a local DPD drop-off point. It's about £12 to get it delivered to your house. Well this is the price for deliveries to NI. Might be cheaper to the rest of the UK.

Hi!
Would you mind explaining to my SWMBO that this often happens when browsing online?

Order it for yourself and then when it turns up, act really surprised and thank her profusely for being so generous and thoughtful and explain how you wish you could be as kind as she is.
