Andy no problem and good to hear it is working out. I would be interested to hear about how yours fermented please. I started mine on 15th September with an OG of 1045. Today on 27th it is only down to 1014 but I have been away for a week and house cooler than normal. Just wondering what your FG was?
Hi Mick. The final reading was around 1010. Hopefully they will start to carb up in the bottles. Sorry for the late reply. Been that busy lately not even had time to crack open a bottle
