I am not convinced that these KK taps are superior to the equivalent KL Nukataps to an extent that justifies the considerable difference in price. Most of the design features they have are shared by Nukataps, and I wonder if claims of their superiority are driven by pro-KK bias with a touch of wishful thinking.

Buy one of each and do a comparison. The advantage of the twist tap is it is operational with one hand. The only thing I found with the twist tap and presume it is same with the Nukatap is the return spring only works with a long shank. I reworked my spring to work on a short shank.

The Spundy Valve is on preorder at £14.99 make take a punt on it lol as looks like there won't be any KK products for Xmas .
There is still the container, maybe they are holding that for a Christmas sale.

The return springs on both types of Nukatap work well with a short shank without modification.

Maybe they sold me the wrong spring, I just shortened it.
I thought Bevie was a distributor ! Not a storage provider ?
The webinar took place over a month ago between Bevie and the retailers, got to be some reason why they haven't been released.

Can we keep this thread on topic it's not about your thoughts on Australia and its inhabitants and it doesn't make great reading for those trying to follow the thread.

(I have removed several posts to get this back on topic, reply bans will be issued if the above request is ignored)

I bought the KK spundy Valve from brewuk it arrived this week. Great bit of kit I have started to use it with the 10psi PRV I will probably buy another. Just a pity no other KK kit is here in the UK yet, Bevie also told me early 2023.
I have the Apollo Fermenter which is great too but not sure I will purchase anymore KK kit as spares may be an issue for the foreseeable future.

Just for clarity, they are more expensive than the equipment KL and the distributor sounds like an *****.

What’s the attraction?

We actually don't know the prices yet.
The Apollo I have is certainly better quality than my Allrounder. Though if I was to buy a new fermenter it will be a KL Fermzilla Gen 3 purely on spares and availability of KL.
