I have a better brew pilsner on the go and my 10 days will be up on sat but i have a question as when i got my fermentor bins i only had one and my tap for the little bottler was on this barrel but i have since got a couple more fermenting bins .
if i sterilise and transfare this brew over now so i can clean up the first bin will i do any harm or should i just leave it alone till sat before swapping over and batch priming. I was thinking that if i transfare now to a secondry it will clear better if left and batch primed later but i dont want to ruine things now by being to hasty ,any thaughts ,atb wayne

Hi

I would just leave it. Im guesing it has reached its FG and if so there will only be a fine layer of Co2 over the brew which could lead to infections when transfering. You will only disturb the sediment which will take longer to clear in 2nd FV. So i would say keep it in the cold until the weekend then transfer and batch prime

Thanks i thaught as much so rather than doing anything i thaught i would ask, I cant believe how impatiant this has made me.
The suspence is killing me so I have now got a few things on the go to ocupy my mind, atb wayne.

Its a killer i know but once you get a nice little stash going its happy days. I tend to keep 10 bottles off every brew and stash my stash so over time you have a good selection.
