Hi,

I have brewed an english ale and it has now been 2 weeks in the bottle carbonating at 19 deg.

Following the recommended 2x2x2, for 2 weeks conditioning what would the recommended temp. be?

Cheers

Hi!
As cold as you can achieve - fridge temperatures.
I am conditioning a kölsch at the moment. The temperature in my brewshed is 11°C so I am going to get the bottles into the brew fridge with the Inkbird set at 3°C.

But be aware that some beers take longer to mature compared to others, irrespective of what the the storage temperature is. So the last 2 weeks might be 6 weeks or even longer before the beer comes good, although you can of course sample it before then, and often that's a good idea since you can see/taste how the beer changes with time.

Thanks guys. They're currently sat in the shed which is about 10 degrees today. No room in the fridge unfortunately.
