hi,looking for a bit advice i am about to do the beaverdale pinot noir 30 bottle kit,never done a beaverdale red before but done a couple of the cheaper ones and they turn out more like rose than red,does anyone know if a beaverdale goes deep red or should i brew short to concentrate it more cheers lagerlad

I always brew my Barolo to 20 litres. As you said, the colour comes out
deeper and the strength rises from 11.5 to 12.65%
 
cheers pete think i will brew short too and just drink less of the stronger stuff.....haha a likely story probably just fall over quicker thanks lagerlad
