Onto, what is called Juicy Ipa. Not as nice as the last one but won't complain.
12 day old pale ale with target and jester I love jester a fantastic hop, I will leave the keg alone and sup the 2-3L left from kegging

Day 22 of my Beer Republic advent calendar- a fantastic, citrussy and juicy NEIPA.
Home now from work and managed to fluke a few days off over Xmas, had a few beers and found this in the shed. My father in law left a few bottles and things after he died a few years ago, I reckon this must be one of those and must be 30 years old at least! Cheers Mick.

Sorry, late to the party tonight.
This, a good old blend again but not the same as last night.
The constituents were brewed Sept. and Nov. '23.
Blended, primed and bottled April this year '24.
It has condition, and poured with a head!
You gotta admire yeast for all they do.
Clean as a whistle, bitter, hoppy and malty with a twist of barleysugar.
That pale ale i did 12 days ago with target and jester
Then straight into a lamb chop (Christmas is coming soon I'm told) with this Claret.
Lovely.
They say time flies when you’re having fun and I’ve just realised it’s been 3 days since I posted on this thread so a quick catch up…
Friday I was surrounded by presents and wrapping paper soothing myself with my 8.8% Doppelbock. It’s just come into condition and is really nice - very malty, sweet to start with a lovely alcohol warmth and a lingering malty finish. No picture right now but I’ll post one later when I’m back on it.
Saturday we were taken out by our eldest daughter and husband, along with his parents, for a Christmas meal and drinks. Very nice, I drank a lot of London Pride.
Last night my wife went carol singing with our youngest daughter in the town and I went on a bit of a town pub crawl with the son-in-law. Mostly Goachers Gold Star (lovely cask ale) and TT Landlord for me. Also, revelry in one back street ale house with singing to Wild Rover and clapping/foot stomping to The Devil went down to Georgia.
