Is this a code, or have you honestly made over 2000 brews?

I may yet decide to use malt extract. I just wanted to get to 12% (no good reason for this). The amount used is not likely to make any appreciable difference, probablyApologies if missed....
Why glucose rather than ME of some sort
. The first two digits are the year. The following two are the number of brews in the year. The actual number of brews is probably around 250.Is this a code, or have you honestly made over 2000 brews?
That's much more realistic. But I do see you brewing all the time so wasn't sure.. The first two digits are the year. The following two are the number of brews in the year. The actual number of brews is probably around 250.
I am quite old! That's much more realistic. But I do see you brewing all the time so wasn't sure.
If I'd stopped to do the maths, I would have realised that 2000 brews is one per week for 40 years! (Though again, that doesn't seem beyond your ability!)
Yes it was, nice beers and nice people.Forgot to ask, was the previously mentioned Welsh brewery, Wilderness?
Good beers. Drinking a few of their cans tonight. The link to a pdf of the brewsheet on the can label is a nice touch that more breweries should adopt.Yes it was, nice beers and nice people.
It is. Their green credentials are good too, you’ll find that on the can somewhere.Good beers. Drinking a few of their cans tonight. The link to a pdf of the brewsheet on the can label is a nice touch that more breweries should adopt.
Smart to wait till Friday night to do this one! There will now be a short delay before I start mash 2 while I recharge my drill battery - used to power my grain mill.
Fortunately I’ve had a few beers already so this is now just part of life’s rich tapestry! #chillaxed
One of my favouritesYes it was, nice beers and nice people.
. No, the wort is ready but I decided this morning to go for a two-stage starter. I’m now waiting on the starter to settle out a bit before pitching. Soon.Is this gonna be 3 day brew day?
