I used some of the cheap ebay ones but they kept sticking on, internally that is, the float would move but the switch did not trip :evil:

what voltage are you throwing down yours? I have 22v in mine as that is the voltage of my pumps so do not need a relay.

I had the same problem with sticking until I switched to 12VDC, It's been running 4 years without a problem. My pump is 120v so I have to switch it with a solid state relay. They say they are rated for high voltage but it eventually kills them.
 
12volts eh? will have to give that a go but seems it will be more complication than simplification.
