Swmbo had some apple no rhubarb cider the other week. I think it was a bottle of magners. Now for the question. Can I make a similar from an ordinary cider kit. And what would I do.
Many thanks

I would be tempted to make a simple TC and add some ruhbarb into the mix?
Its something I have wanted to do for ages but not got around to it... :drink:

I was thinking of that. Never been too adventurous but i may give it a go

Added some rhubarb and couple of tea spoons of Cinnamon. It's just just ready now and it tastes very good surprisingly to me. Can definitely taste the rhubarb not sure about any cinnamon at the mo. All i did was throw in a handful of home grown rhubarb which was frozen from last year into the fv and put the cinnamon in hey presto i thought it would be naff but we have a success :thumb:

Sounds nice! :thumb:
Did you add the cinnamon pre-fermentation? That may be your problem with the flavor not coming through...
Its best to add your spices ect during secondary fermentation.
