Apollo and Galaxy substitutes

I've always found Mosaic hops to taste and smell like Fruit Salad sweets.

One that note, the M+S range is pretty good isn't it? A lot of different breweries providing options. I think there is a Citra single hop from Oakham brewery that is highly regarded too, although I have never had it. I like the Mosaic and Amarillo ones though.

Oakham Citra is a lovely ale, if you like Citra of course. Highly recommended. The Amarillo and Simcoe single hoppers are on my list to try. It's a great way to acquaint yourself with what these hops taste like on their own.
