Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows of any lager kits that make something similar to Polish lagers such as Tyskie or Lech. I've got a Coopers European Lager kit on the go as this sounded the most similar to what Im after but interested to see if theres anything else.

In the longrun I intend to start AG brewing but Im wanting to get this kit brewing correct first.

Thanks

Hi

last week i bottled a muntons gold continental pilsner, so i'm hoping that this will be similar in taste, although the overall abv should be around 4.5%, i know not as strong as some of the polish ales, so hoping the taste is there, i have also asked my mates polish wife, to ask her dad back in poland about the quality of the kits out there

Happy Brewing

JB

Thanks,

It hadn't crossed my mind to try and get Polish kits but I like the idea.

I might try a muntons with abit of extra sugar to bump the % up

Thanks for that,

It looks like all the kits are the same as they have over here but once I go down the AG route there could be some good recepies on their forum.
