Well after a fairly sucessful alcotec 48 I decided to try an alcotec 23 as it worked out cheaper than all the stuff for the 48 brew. Its been bubbling away for 16 hours and all is looking good. Just wondering what difference it will make using glucose instead of dextrose? The 48 kit says to use either where as this says to use brewing sugar? Any help will be graciously recieved.
Btw I have used 8kg glucose in 18L of water instead of 10.5 dextrose. With a sg of 1.off the hydromiter scale. Or at a guess it is 1.178-1.180
