I've just got my temp controlled chamber set up today I had a brew that has reached FG so I just put the primary FV in the freezer @ 4°C and noticed that there was some air getting sucked in through the air lock (bubbler type). I assume it will be OK as it will still be protected by a layer of CO2 or is there some other way of stopping the air getting in?

Cooling the head space will compress the gas so suck air in. It won't be a problem, just make sure that the water doesn't get sucked in.
