in fermenting fridge at 20C

blow off tubes bubbling away in the fermenting fridge
:D
so 1st time using white labs looks a success

not alf

last night the bubbling stopped so i thought
went to check and yes me blow off was blocked
so out it came cleaned through and star sanned
and left a gap in the lid

this morn 3 just got dry tea shirts from washing got used up mopping the foam out me fridge
good job i undid the lid last night otherwise :electric:

just done a clean up in my fridge , around half a litre and foam everywhere ....again , did have a blow off tube but alas it didn't work .

1.009 on hydrometer :thumb:
well it's definitely below the obvious marking of 1.010 so could be as low as 1.008
looking very healthy and of course smelling wonderful

look at mine

I split 40l between 2 x 30l buckets to leave plenty of room for the yeast party! Looking at the tide mark I'm pretty glad I did...
