Opps indeed , i would be worried with that much . I would guess that would be the same as around 250g plus of cane sugar , was it a 23 litre batch ? Around 150g would give you a lovely fizzy beer , 160 g max . Never done a 23 litre batch with more than that and that is approx 2.9 volPinchy said:marksa222 said:How was the carbonation? Yeah give it a try! I popped mine in the freezer for a little while because I'm impatient haha. It was lovely though! Carbonation was spot on! Going to give the bottles the full 2 weeks to carb up in the fermentation fridge still though.
I ended up using around 320g of beerkit enhancer to prime. I forgot to make a not of it though which is a bit embaressing so I'm not entirely sure!
