Hi all :
Just weighed out my grains for tomorrow's brew day, following this recipe I made up with help from you guys Was aiming for something malty and not too bitter.
(I changed the name from Malty Moose since the screenshot was taken )
Here's the grain...
Aiming for a 90 minute mash at 67c/68c, fly sparging, 90 min boil, using my new immersion chiller plus protofloc. Using nottingham yeast.
