Grain Bill:

3500g Maris Otter 85%
300g, Torrified Wheat 7%
300 g, CaraPils 7%

Hops:
15g Chinook 13.85% 60min
15g Centennial 11.5% 50min
25g Chinook 13.85% 5min
25g Centennial 11.5% 5min
1tsp irish moss 15min
1tsp proctofloc

Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min. Add a pinch of gypsum at the beginning..


Yeast:
Mangrove Jacks Us West Cost (2nd gen)
Ferment at 20°C

Very nice, although I personally would have used Wheat Malt in place of Torri.
