3500g Maris Otter 85%
300g, Torrified Wheat 7%
300 g, CaraPils 7%
Hops:
15g Chinook 13.85% 60min
15g Centennial 11.5% 50min
25g Chinook 13.85% 5min
25g Centennial 11.5% 5min
1tsp irish moss 15min
1tsp proctofloc
Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min. Add a pinch of gypsum at the beginning..
Yeast:
Mangrove Jacks Us West Cost (2nd gen)
Ferment at 20°C
SG:1052
FG:
Mash temp of 68c
Transferring wort to boiler
First hops added to wort and boiling
Last 15 minutes and wort chiller added, 15g centennial, Irish moss & protofloc
Final hop additions of 25g chinook & 25g centennial, last 5 min
Sat in the FV with an SG of 1052
