hi, i am making a dessert wine i need to add the suger a bit at a time, what is the best way to do it ? :D

I dissolve mine into a solution and keep it in a sterilized bottle in the fridge. When fermentation slows, add some one day at a time. That way if your yeast gives up or whatever, you can stop :)
