Hi all, summer glory has been on for 7 days now, OG1053 now down to 1010, doesn't taste too bad, a bit sweet though. Going on the general 2,2,2 theory when should I add the pellets. Not sure what's going on in the FV, the lid has pressure on it but no bubbling on the airlock. Will the sweetness go, I know its still early days. Thank you

Your lid is likely to be leaking allowing CO2 to bypass the airlock. It may still be fermenting although the SG indicatess it is not far off a FG.
I would give it another couple of days then take another reading and if its the same or only a point down on 1.010, add the hops, leave for three days in the warm, then a further two days in a cold place if you have one then go ahead and package. If after the two days the SG is still going down keep testing every two days or so until its stabilised then add the hops then carry on as above.
