Now don't get me wrong,I like a Yorkshire pudding but with BEEF. Mrs Clint will put them on a chicken or a lamb dinner. I eat them without complaining because that's the way I am ( mostly). Although when she asks if I want them I say I'd rather not she puts them on my plate regardless.
Things could develop into a situation but I say nothing.

I don't think I've ever had Christmas dinner without them, I'd have them with pretty much everything, definitely a great accompaniment to beef but in my opinion they work with the majority of 'roast dinner' style meals :confused.:

You could have the Yorkshire Pudding as a starter filled with gravy rather than with the main course.
This is correct you heathens eating Yorkshire Puddings with the meal is sacrosanct.
It is a starter with gravy and should remain so.:laugh8::laugh8::laugh8:

I’ve asked my lot who are coming to our house for Xmas dinner what side dishes they want, with Turkey, Pigs in Blankets and roasted potatoes as well as gravy, stuffing and apple sauce all a given
The choices are
Gammon joint
Yorkshire Pudding
Sprouts
Cauliflower
Leeks
Carrots
Parsnips
Peas
