2nd brew

started my second brew today

tom caxtons traditional real ale with a fresh hop enhancement sachet it dosnt smell
as good as the one i bottled yesterday(coopers dark ale) anyone ever tried this one?
the next step is a biab ag will need to find a 30ltr pot somewhere :

good luck with it and if you do get a big pot maybe try extract brewing as there is a lot to take in if jumping straight over to ag (even if biab) and it's a good way of learning some of ag methods with extract ease .

Might not get 30l but we got a 20l stock pot in TK maxx!
