My answer: No it doesn't bloody well help, it's an insulated container not a fridge, of course it will keep things warm

Ah but you see, maybe that's why it's so cheap. It could be one that is not a "smart" coolbox and doesn't come with the function of knowing when to keep warm things warm and cold things cold
