Hi Al, I have a brew day planned for tomorrow, I'm doing a brew UK so.LA West Coast ipa
using safale 05. Im going to use my fermzilla all rounder for the first time and I would like to pressure ferment. Any advice would be appreciated

Most of the time i ferment my west coast ipa`'s and neipa's at a couple of psi just to keep the o2 out.
Then after the hops have been added slowly let the psi rise to 8/10 psi ready for closed transfer. The first few times i used my snubnose fv, i had the psi at 10.

It never made it ferment any faster or taste any different with us-05.For me the only time i let it pressure up is before cold crashing.
